These terms govern your use of Fathom (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Fathom is developed and operated by an individual developer based in the United Kingdom, not a registered company.
Fathom provides workout tracking, nutrition/weight logging, goal tracking, and an AI-powered fitness coach, for informational and personal tracking purposes.
Fathom, including anything said by the AI coach, is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, particularly if you have an existing health condition.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Free accounts can save up to 3 workout templates. Fathom Pro removes this limit and unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store:
You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing other users' data without authorization, or using the AI coach for purposes unrelated to fitness and nutrition that violate its intended use.
The app's design, code, and content (excluding your own logged data) belong to the developer. You retain ownership of the personal data you enter into the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health or fitness outcomes resulting from following its guidance.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
